Refund Policy
Returns and exchanges
As our products are either print on demand or digital items, we do not offer returns or exchanges on any purchases. Please be sure that you have chosen the correct item before proceeding to check out.
Defective or damaged items – printed paper products
We will offer a refund or replacement for printed items shipped to you in the mail which arrive with damage from shipping or have defects. If you receive an item in the mail which is not in the expected condition, please email us at hello@purrington.art to start the process. To proceed, we will need photographs which clearly show the issues affecting your purchase. If the packaging has been damaged during shipping, please be sure to also include photographs of the packaging.
In the case of damaged or defective items we will work with you to find a solution as soon as possible – please contact us as soon as you discover an issue.
Refunds for defective or damaged printed paper items
If you decide that you would like a refund rather than a replacement for your damaged printed paper item, that refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 2 business days. The length of time it will take for your refund to show up in your account is not under our control – please contact your financial institution with any questions.
Late or missing refunds for defective or damaged printed paper items
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your account again, then contact your financial institution, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at hello@purrington.art.
